Jeff Grout will be presenting the main speaker session ['Building High Performance Teams'](http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1dUx0FLUwU). This highly interactive session will equip you with a greater understanding of the key prerequisites necessary for building high performance teams and practical tools for attracting, recruiting, leading, motivating and retaining talent.

The session will explore

Jeff Grout is often in demand as a commentator, columnist and speaker. He has sppeared on televison and has participated in numerous radio programmes. Jeff collaborated with the BBC in producing an interview training video and has run seminars for a number of leading companies including Marks & Spencers, Lloyds Bank, British Airways, Merrill Lynch, Guinness and Lever Brothers.

And for Vistage members, their colleagues and Vistage Partners the afternoon is split into 2 seminars where they can choose from 4 sessions to attend.
