Vistage member Brad Waldron hits speaker circuit


Brad Waldron has been a Vistage member in the London area since 2007 and has just hit the Vistage speaker circuit successfully delivering 5 sessions including the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Effective individuals win two victories in life: a Private Victory when they learn self-mastery and self-discipline, and a Public Victory when they build deep and enduring relationships with others. As they practice the 7 Habits, they move from being dependent on others to independence and finally to interdependence, where they reap the rewards of superb cooperation and collaboration.

Brad has a proven record of helping others to succeed.  He harnesses a rare combination of insight, humour and practical strategies to increase performance whilst enabling people to get more fulfilment from their work role. His work has been featured in the NLP MasterClass, Financial Times, HR Managers Magazine and has authored numerous articles.

With a background in International Trade incorporating importing, exporting, sales and distribution he has led businesses in Australia, USA and the UK. His bias for results driven productivity is coupled with a balanced approach to developing the people who achieve the results.

He has worked with international speaker Anthony Robbins in the UK and USA, was an official licensee for international author Dr Stephen Covey and was certified to facilitate The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Principle Centred Leadership and First Things First. In 1993 he became a certified trainer of NLP through the Society of Neuro Linguistic Programming.

He founded a global development and conference company with offices in the UK, USA and Australia servicing clients such as Microsoft, Sony, L’Oreal and Warner Bros on an international basis. A native Australian who has spent more time living abroad than in Australia – Aussies consider him a tourist – he has achieved significant acclaim in the sporting arena cumulating in winning 3 national and 1 international title.
