I am an incredibly passionate, energetic and successful entrepreneur, having developed and successfully exited 2 businesses in the technology sector.

As well as working as a Non Exec to a couple of startup businesses, I am the founder and brainchild behind Sales+Profit - the UK's leading provider of Part Time Sales Directors. We work alongside MD's and CEO's and act as an extention of their Board by providing the highest quality Sales Directors on a Part Time basis to de-risk the growth challenges of Small and Mid sized businesses

I am a complete 'self starter' having left school at 16 with no qualifications - my first job being a 'tea boy' on a trawler in the English Channel. Away from work I'm a very sporty individual who, having spent nearly 20 years playing club rugby, is now involved in endurance events including a number of Ironman events.

When I'm not racing around with business or sport I love to spend time with my very tolerant wife and our 2 fantastic children
